This option is ideal for couples who want access to professional decor pieces while managing setup and teardown on their own.

Partial Decorating Services
This option is perfect for couples who want professional support while still being hands-on with their event design. Our Partial Decorating Services allow you to customize how and when our team is involved. You may choose one service or the other - For example, having family or friends assist with setup while our professional team handles teardown, or vice versa. This service is designed to give you peace of mind during the process while maintaining flexibility and budget-conscious control

Full-Service Decorating
Designed for couples who want a completely hands-off decorating experience. Our Full-Service Decorating option allows you to enjoy your wedding day while our professional team handles every detail from start to finish. This service includes full ceremony and reception setup and teardown, including same-day teardown when required. From transforming your space to ensuring decor is removed seamlessly at the end of the night, we manage the logistic of decorating, so you don't have to. The planning process includes up to three in-person or virtual meetings, which may include logistical planning, an on-site venue walk-through, and a hands-on design "playdate" to finalize details and bring your vision to life.

Complete Wedding Management (Day of Coordination) includes Rehearsal Services
Our Complete Wedding Day Coordination Services are designed to ensure that your special day unfolds effortlessly, allowing you to relax and fully immerse yourself in the joy and love surrounding you. This service is for the couple who has the planning done and needs a professional to manage every detail from start to finish on wedding day to create an enchanting experience for you and your guest.
Coordination begins 4-6 weeks out from event
- Unlimited phone and email contact throughout the process
- 2 Meetings (in person/virtual) with venue walk-through
- Timeline development for Wedding Day
- Day of Execution (12 hours includes travel time and rehearsal)
- 1 coordinator and assistant (if needed)
- Review all vender contracts (if needed)
- Assistance with small details and logistics
- Vendor Management and confirmation
- Final decor set-up and clean-up (ceremony and reception)
- Ceremony Execution
- Distribution of final vendor payment/tips (day of/if applicable)
